Our Machines
We use CNC machines to help us create all of our designs. CNC, or "Computerized Numerical Control", is the computerized manufacturing process in which pre-programmed software and code control the precise movements of production equipment. CNC allows us to control our machines with the highest precision and accuracy because the mechanical manufacturing of the design software and the CNC machines work together. This process ensures that any design, that we input in to the software, will cut and/or engraved exactly as we expect.
Do you have an idea? We can help bring your project to life! We do this by setting up the design and running the materials you've chosen through our cnc machine(s) using processes such as: laser cutting, laser engraving, laser etching, and/or vinyl cutting.
We have two (small but mighty) CNC machines that we use to create all of our unique and custom designs with. We can create, customize and/or personalize any design so you'll end up with a special one-of-a-kind custom design.
Our GlowForge Pro Laser Cutting, Engraving, and Etching Machine
Our GlowForge Pro Laser Cutting, Engraving, and Etching Machine is a small but mighty machine that enables us to create very large designs with the special pass-through feature by allowing us to cut, engrave, and/or etch designs on to an infinite length of material. So, even though our machine has a maximum width of 20", there is no limit to the length we can cut, engrave, or etch.
Our GlowForge Pro Laser Cutting, Engraving, and Etching Machine works well with many different types of materials, however, our current preference is to use it to cut, engrave, and etch our custom art designs on wood, acrylics, tile, paper, etc..
Our Cricut Explore Air 2 Vinyl Cutting Machine
Our Cricut Explore Air 2 Cutting Machine is so versatile that it expands our ability to create (cut and/or etch) our custom designs. The many options available are only limited by our imagination because it works well on many projects and with so many different types of materials. With that being said, however, our current preference is to use the Cricut Explore Air 2 to cut our custom art designs out of vinyl and then affix them to tiles, glass, or wood ... but, there truly is no limit to the kinds of unique and amazing designs that can be made with either of our CNC machines!
