Typically, our orders are mailed out next business day. However, for large orders or items that require extra fulfillment time, please allow up to 3-5 business days for shipping.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will make every effort to remedy the situation. If a proposed remedy is not acceptable, returns will be allowed at buyer's expense and must be mailed back within 10 calendar days upon receiving item(s). Additionally, shipping will be required to be sent with tracking and signature required on receipt of item(s). Any refunds will be given for returned items, minus original shipping costs, pending items are received as expected.

We are not liable for any damages that may occur during shipping. However, all items will be shipped with tracking and insurance so if there are any issues with shipping and/or the delivery of your product(s), we will work with you to help get a satisfactory resolution from the shipper.
